Terms and Conditions

All orders are subject to management approval. Any calculation, pricing errors or merchandise descriptions are subject to correction.  By purchasing, you are authorizing The Crystal Bag Store (a division of Hord Industries LLC) to to bill your charge card for all monies owed  prior to shipment.  All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges.  No returns are accepted on special or custom ordered merchandise.  Custom orders can not be modified after proof is approved by Customer.  Delivery date quoted may be subject to change based on Customer's  approval of proof required prior to production. The Crystal Bag Store will expedite orders, but is not responsible for manufacturer's delays, or delays related to COVID-19 shipping or production delays. You will be promptly notified of unexpected delays.  If for any reason we are unable to ship an item because it is no longer available, a full refund will be promptly issued by the same method of payment for the specific item ordered and does not constitute agreement of  cancellation of other items ordered. Any partial shipments requested may incur additional shipping charges and taxes that will be charged to Customer's charge card. Damaged items require return authorization by The Crystal Bag Store in which case a return authorization number is issued, and store credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise.  Due to the nature of reflective crystals and varying computer monitors, color shades may vary. Allow for very slight +/-   1/4" inch variance for measurements indicated. The Crystal Bag Store makes no warranty for purchased items. Buyer acknowledges this agreement and is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut and consents to it's jurisdiction. The parties agree to resolve all disputes through arbitration.  Your purchase of merchandise, confirms your acknowledgement, understanding  and constitutes your agreement with the conditions and terms of the sale for your order.
